This was my first time ever leaving the U.S., although I’ve traveled to a bunch of states within, and WOW - I cannot overstate how absolutely entranced I was by not just the beautiful scenery everywhere I looked, but by how lovely every single employee I met was! Highlights include: - Starz from the Flip Flopz eatery, she has a bright shining personality to match her name - Octavia from the Front Desk - Brian from the Kitchen/Buffet - Kerla from Housekeeping - Although there are not a part of the official resort as vendors, Joanne, Francilia, Sylvia, and Amy were so respectful, knowledge, and kind at the Saturday & Tuesday market near the towel hut! I want to thank every single individual who worked so diligently at every opportunity I had to watch and notice, this was genuinely a life changing experience.

“Fantastic hotel”

Absolutely fantastic resort, after a long flight the short transfer was particularly welcome. From the moment we walked in we were made so welcome. Absolutely fantastic resort, after a long flight the short transfer was particularly welcome. From the moment we walked in we were made so welcome. In terms of all inclusive I think this is the best I’ve experienced- even being able to get branded whisky and gin which was a lovely touch. Staff were all fabulous- special shout outs to Dre, Claude, Sage and Jedi but all the staff made our stay brilliant.

We have just returned home after a week at Coconut Bay. The transfer time was less than 5 minutes. Friendly staff greeted us ok arrival with a cold towel and welcome drinks. We have just returned home after a week at Coconut Bay. The transfer time was less than 5 minutes. Friendly staff greeted us ok arrival with a cold towel and welcome drinks. Within 45 minutes of landing, we had checked in and were at the pool bar! We stayed in the harmony side of the hotel. On the ground floor, which was great! Our room was very spacious, very comfortable! The only niggle was that the shower wasn't the best, goes from very hot to cold in a few seconds! The only other gripe was that the patio furniture wasn't the most comfortable. They are renovating some of the roo.s, which caused minimal noise! We had Sam as our house keeper making us smile with the towel art! The harmony tiki bar was great, and we had brilliant service from jedi, dre & sage! The excursions team was great. We booked two tours. We did the private half day your and the airiel tram rainforest tour. Both were fantastic. The themed nights were great - especially the outdoor ones - the country and western and the carribean night! The bbq they cooked were fantastic! I'm a fussy eater and always had something that I would eat. The meat was great quality and the bbq foods were so tasty! We liked going up to the rum bar in the evenings for a chilled evening. On a Wednesday the hotel put on a duck race in the lazy river. They were raising funds for the children's ward at the local hospital. Flip flops provided great pool snacks etc. We visited the Italian and had a fantastic meal! The lava cake for dessert was amazing! We tried to get in again for a 2nd time, however was booked up. Make sure you make your reservations the day you arrive! This is by far one of the best all of the hotels I've ever stayed at. The selection of drinks available was fantastic. Top branded drinks available, with no extra fee! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and definitely will be back! I highly recommend this hotel, for couples and families.

Booked as a British Airways holiday. Smooth arrival at airport and a 5 minute personal transfer . On arriving and throughout the stay the staff are friendly, courteous and can’t do enough. The Ala carte Silk and Caribbean are exceptional. The Italian was disappointing, the staff did try and rectify the food . The Buffet has a chaotic atmosphere. Loud and unorganised and the food is very average. Didn’t enjoy the Jerk tree house and flip flops was edible. The rooms and the whole resort are very clean and the cleaning staff, shout out to Sam left lovely little notes and towel Art was a pleasure to return to the room . Entertainment you could take it or leave it. The singalong piano man was great fun . Am overall good score. Would be 5 if they sorted the buffet out.
