Very comfortable hotel in the heart of St. Petersburg centre. Good size rooms. Super clean. Responsive and welcoming staff. Luxury suits are fantastic value. Some standard rooms have windows into the hotel courtyard, so could be noisy during functional events. If you prefer peace and quiet ask for a high floor room facing 6th Sovietskaya street. Beware of lack of disabled facilities and arrangements for elderly.

“Just one night”
I was at Grand Hotel Emerald at the end of July 2022, I was there only for one night. The room was spacious and clean so was the bathroom, the bed was very nice and comfortable. The food from the restaurant was nice. The staff members were super nice and friendly.

“A slice of heaven!”

felt like I was living in a fairy tale the whole time I was here. The staff took great care of me, and never let me feel like I was traveling alone. They made sure the price I paid for taxis wasn't too high; they told me where everything was; they treated me like family. Accommodations were absolutely luxurious compared to what the same money would buy in Europe or the US. Breakfast was good and reminded me of some especially tasty things that my mother made when I was a little girl growing up in Leningrad. Room service was wonderful. The bed was comfortable and the view from the balcony was beautiful, especially the sunsets and the churches glimmering in the distance. The restaurant was great, but not crowded at all. I also ate at the Grande Belmont, and this compared favorably. I plan to stay here again next summer. You get much more here than at one of the bigger name hotels. Also, the location is walking distance to city center, but far enough that it's not noisy or filled with tourists. My favorite part -- I could rent the pool all to myself.More

“Great Hotel and Great Service”
I was there during the world cup, and despite a mishap with the booking, Andrew at the reception was super helpful. The room was great, and the location is close to everything. You can walk to groceries, all kinds of restaurants and cafe's Highly recommended, special thanks to Andrew for his help

You feel you are in classic hotel , but you’ll feel the comfortable first from the room wide and bed very nice and bathroom set very nice , reception is nice stuff are helpful and kinds , the only thing I dislike the AC is not good we called them to fixed , just slightly changed , but overall not as expected , but the surrounding area is very good . Also telephone no instructions how to call departments! Anyway I recommend for whom they want relax .
