“Very impressive”
It is a nice hotel.The rooms are comfortable even if it is small.The receptionist are very helpful for arranging taxi especially miss valentina was so helpful and polite.The breakfast was also decently made.

“Perfect customer experience”
Small hotel 30 min by walk from Nevsky prospect. 900 m from metro station and really not far to tram. Small hotel 30 min by walk from Nevsky prospect. 900 m from metro station and really not far to tram. I come in my birthday and they surprise me with nice compliment on the room - bottle of sparkling wine a cake. Waw! Hotel has a nice rooms, clean small lobby and small restaurant. My room was small, clean and look modern. Also bathroom was clean. Receptionist - speaking English - (they change in shifts) are perfect. They help me with my questions and also with my airplane tickets. I must say very good for 3 star hotel.

I stayed in Bristol hotel, St. Petersburg, Russia from 27 Dec 2018 till 30 Dec 2018. The Hotel rooms are good and comfortable. The staff is very well mannered and helpful. Few could converse in English quite well and helped us communicate with others. The following suggestions are made. 1. A bottle of water for each day of stay should be provided. 2. Breakfast served is adequate but more variety needs to be added. 3. At least one Europe type multi-pin socket connector must be provided in each room for convenience of charging laptop/mobile phone for European/ Asian (India) customers. The overall experience was very good but above suggestions are implemented can multiply Customers delight many times over wanting them to come again. Small hotel at the “middle of nowhere”. Rooms are clean, with tv and air conditioner. 20 minutes to metro or 10 to tram. What isn’t good: - no water pressure (also we didn’t have hot water one day) - breakfast was timed I.e. we couldn’t eat at 7:30 (when was open) and we should wait one day until … more

“Decent place to stay”
I would say that stay was comfortable and the rooms are very basic but staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast menu has limited options for Indians. Since St.petersburg has lot to explore so we didn't spend much time in hotel. Thanks
