Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Нot water cut will take place from August 22 to August 27, on August 23 from 4:00 AM to 00:00 AM water supply will be completely cut off. The hotel will provide water heaters to guests upon request. When booking superior rooms (Deluxe, Suite, Presidential Suite and Apartments), guests are provided with a free transfer: Airport-Hotel-Airport, Railway Station - Hotel - Railway Station. Upon arrival before check-in time (2:00 PM local time), the booking fee will be charged as follows: - upon arrival from 00:00 AM to 8:00 AM a booking fee will be charged in the amount of 100% of the cost of a day's stay; - upon arrival from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, a booking fee will be charged in the amount of 50% of the cost of a day's stay; Late check-out will be charged in the following amount: - from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM - hourly pay (at least 6 hours in advance); - from 6:00 PM to 00:00 AM - payment in the amount of 100% of the cost of a day's stay.
