“A WELL MANAGED HOTEL WITH SOME IMPROVEMENT POTENTIAL”

I recently stayed in this out-of-city-center hotel during 5 nights for a meeting with my faculty former colleagues ... I remarked the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms, the hospitality and courtesy of the receptionists but also the excellent service at the restaurant ... Unfortunately, the breakfast menu was invariable during all the 5 days ... According to the hotel’s advertising, I repeatedly requested the massage service, but it was not available ... I repeatedly requested a map (a plan) of Timisoara city, but it was not possible to find such a thing!!! ... There is obviously some room for improvements ..

“Needs improvements”

We stayed for 2 nights there, the room was clean and very ok, but during the night you could hear the dogs barking from the houses near the hotel, couldn't really sleep very well and to top that in the morning, at 8 AM they started cleaning the room next to us, the cleaning staff made a lot of nois… more

We stayed for 2 nights there, the room was clean and very ok, but during the night you could hear the dogs barking from the houses near the hotel, couldn't really sleep very well and to top that in the morning, at 8 AM they started cleaning the room next to us, the cleaning staff made a lot of noise, also they vacuumed. Very nice way to wake up. They changed the room for us, the next night was better but again in the morning at 8 AM you could hear the staff cleaning.
