“Less than average”
The staff was not smiling at all (this is quite common in Romania though) Room was just average The bad experience was when we noticed that the bed was not prepared and that there was a folded sheet on the bed that we had to unfold and had to prepare the bed ourselves !!!!!!

“Business trip”
The hotel is somehow accessible. Free parking which is good. The interior is quite kitchy. The rooms however are nice and have a modern feel. Except for the elevator..a little weird. Breakfast was ok, some diversity. Staff was nice and could speak English.

“It's OK but it can be better”
It's nice and clean hotel xx on a good location, not so far away from the center xx the cleaning ladies are perfect, the receptionists are pretty helpful and smiling but, sorry not sorry, the waitress are awful xx rude and swearing behind our backs for no reason.
