“Almost perfect but bad pillows.”
The service was great, welcoming staff, clean environment, fast elevators, good location, 10/10 room service, huge breakfast buffet with omelet station and customs desserts. Rooms are great, clean and nice big tubs in some. Only downside is there needs to be a firm pillow option on the beds.

“Wonderful hotel in the center of Bucharest”
We had a family vacation to celebrate my wife’s birthday. The staff did everything to make our stay memorable and unforgettable. The reception desk staff were all polite and helpful. “Hotel experience”
The hotel is bright and decorated in the spirit of the holiday. The breakfast was very good. The attitude of the employees and especially Cristian ❤️ who gave us an extension to the room for another 6 hours without extra charge just so that we wouldn't wait with our luggage until the return flight.… more
