Vacation at the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Doha.

 First, we meet Julius (the Doorman) with his sympathetic smile, which was the starting point of our journey through all service stations and gives us the feeling, that everyone is honesty pleased to serve us and offering us the best service to make it even a little bit more luxury, as we could expect. 
 Check in It was fast lovely and well prepared. We never saw a queue, at the reception even when they had company events and marriages up to 600 people. No one was stressed and even beside those events, every single request was immediately followed up, without any question. Amazing how they did this!
 
We could change the room, without any problems and got a room on floor 16 (room 1617) a great view over the bay, and the Pearl. Thanks to all the people on the reception, you were very lovely and helpful.

 Room service It was offered every day or even twice. If you had any request, it good double checked to ensure you are satisfied. Thanks to Rames and Doris Mon. 

All areas, like the pool area, indoor pool or at the beach, everyone was happy to see and serve us. There is an extra shuttle service which will bring you immediately to the beach or back. Runs perfect, without waiting. At the pool area, we had some special nice treatments from Oka, who came with our drinks even without asking and made our stay their pleasant.

e god the best, warm and exquisite Service ever! We had the pleasure, to meet even many cooks who were serving special food, even on demand, but also got invited to try some new menu’s, from different countries.

 The variety on food is great and changing on a daily base. Every day you could have different local specialties, from soup to salad, fish and meet with all verities of trimmings. 

Breakfast 
You will have a great start into the day, by tasting the fresh bread / croissants, made by their own in house bakery. Having a nice cappuccino and adding your own defined cereal with fresh fruits will delight you for the rest of the day. 
All different kind of eggs varieties are also part of the breakfast, which goes without saying. 

Lunch 
At lunch we took the journey, to try almost every day some different nationalities. 
People who would love fish, crab, shrimps, prawn or even oysters will be happy, as I could taste all of it – which was just delicious. 
Sushi was also in different varieties offered, sometimes even at breakfast. 
For vegetarians or other groups, you will have also plenty of choice, or get personally served by one of the cooks. 

Dinner Having a relaxed dinner, with some good wine, here we good some good recommendations from Eric, who was also serving us in a professional but also very friendly way. 

Special thanks to all the cooks which we meet and got some details about the food, their preparation and different taste. Especially if you like to eat vegetarian style or not so spicy they will help you every time. Or even cook it, right away!

 With the very sympathetic cook Elif we had were interesting chats, interchanges about recipes and were invited to taste some new ones. Like meals from Hungary or Turkey. What a great experience and involvement to enlarge the menu.

 Honest and constructive feedback is welcome and they are interested in. All appraisements will be shared and discussed on a weekly base with the whole team.

 This might be the key, for this marvelous service. The whole Ritz Carlton Team, doesn’t matter in which area or position, is serving with their heart and smiling eyes!
 Some special thanks also to Dira, Dalem, Saad and Putra.

 Bar To relax at the bar, having some international drinks or getting any recommendations, was also very pleasant. At the bar you can also watch some sports events, if you like.
 Many thanks to the 2 men at the bar (sorry for lost the names).


 B Lounge We got a ride to the B Lounge (Bar, Disco and kind of restaurant). Nice view above the marina. You must see.


 Management
 I had even the pleasure to talk several times with Mr. David Dahlhaus (Executive Chief), which was very inspiring. Hearing the number of over 60 dif. Nationalities, events bigger than 600 people, beside the daily business and this to be managed, without having any queues, delays or seeing any stressed people – just incredible! Thanks to the whole Team of the Ritz Carlton, you make our stay not only very pleasant, your made it unique and unforgettable.

This hotel is a fantastic choice, offering exceptional cleanliness, thoughtful facilities, and outstanding service that sets it apart. Here are the highlights: Staff & Service: The staff are truly remarkable, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Special thanks to Christopher, Ahlem (Guest Relations Manager), and Carlo (General Manager) for their personal touches. Rooms: Our Executive Suite was spacious and well-appointed with beautiful views. Extra special touches were left in the room which elevated our stay, and they easily accommodated any special requests...they really do go above and beyond. Dining: Great variety at the Lagoon restaurant for breakfast and themed dinner nights. The inclusion of soft drinks in the half-board package is a nice perk. STK Restaurant is great to visit for perfectly cooked meals in a lovely setting. Pool & Beach: The pool is an oasis with excellent service and thoughtful amenities like sunscreen and after-sun, along with refreshing watermelon juice & ice cold water. The beach is charming and complete with sun beds and cabanas, although more sunbeds would be welcome, as there is plenty of space to accommodate them. Facilities: Families will enjoy the culinary garden, petting farm, table tennis, and badminton. There are well-maintained indoor facilities: beautiful gym, spa, tennis courts and semi-Olympic sized pool. American pool and foosball are also available to play. Minor Notes: Balconies are compact, and there’s a light smoke aroma around the lobby in the evenings from the smoking lounge, which may, or may not bother non-smokers. Overall, this hotel offers a wonderful, family-friendly environment with exceptional service and amenities, perfect for a relaxing stay in Doha. Highly recommended!
