“The Perfect Stay!”

The ultimate in luxury in the Porto area. The view from our room was just stunning. We were lucky enough to share our complimentary port on the terrace outside our room and enjoy the view every night. The staff was beyond helpful and knowledgeable. And the room was so well appointed. From the towels to the sheets and pillows every aspect of our large room made us feel so lucky to have picked the Yeatman for our visit to Porto. The food at breakfast was fantastic. A huge variety of wonderful dishes to choose from and the best omelet bar. Speaking of bars we opted for dinner a few nights in the magical bar with a wonderful pianist and captivating night view of Porto and the Bar staff went above and beyond to make our experience picture perfect. The concierges were also very helpful to set up tours or buy train tickers and with nightly dinner reservations.

This is our third time staying at The Yeatman in just one year. The first time, we visited as a birthday present for my boyfriend. The second time was for my birthday, when we booked the Bacchus Suite. Our third visit was during Christmas, and we came with my boyfriend’s mom, booking two rooms. We love everything about the hotel: the bar, the Orangerie restaurant, breakfast, and the spa! We would especially like to thank Gabriela (Concierge). With just one day’s notice, I asked if she could decorate my boyfriend’s mom's room, and she responded quickly and everything was done perfectly! A big thank you also to Resende, Liliana, and Sara from the reservations team. I booked through email and made several changes, had questions, and they always responded quickly and were very patient with me. Debra from the spa also deserves a special mention—she gave me an incredible massage. Within five minutes, I was already asleep and my back pain was completely gone. Additionally, we received a thoughtful complimentary amenity in both mine and my boyfriend’s room: champagne, pastel de nata, and chocolates! It’s not our first, and it won’t be our last time here. The Yeatman has truly become our hotel ❤️. The bellman and valet parking team are also amazing—always smiling, polite, and so welcoming. Every time we visit, we see the same familiar faces, and you can tell how happy they are to work here. I regret not asking their names, but next time, I’ll be sure to mention them in my review! As someone who works in the hospitality industry, I really appreciate the exceptional service we always receive. Thank you to everyone at The Yeatman for making each stay unforgettable.
