“PoprtoBay Teatro”
A very nice hotel in a great location. All staff were helpful, friendly, and very professional. The hotel was clean, and the food and drink served in the hotel were very much well priced and value for money. I would recommend staying at this hotel and will be returning that's for sure.

“Great hotel - BUT bring a plug for the handbasin in your en-suite”
This hotel is really well located in the heart of the city with easy access to lots of places worth visiting. All the staff were friendly and helpful. This hotel is really well located in the heart of the city with easy access to lots of places worth visiting. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast is excellent and restaurant very comfortable. Our room was well appointed BUT due to a strange design decision, the plug in the hand basin in our en-suite is designed not to retain the water !! I was advised that this is for “security reasons”. I believe that this is because the “trendy” wash basins have no “overflow “ outlet and management are fearful that residents might leave the plug in and taps on and flood the hotel. This apart - I would recommend this hotel ( I always carry a spare plug when travelling )

I must mention the staff at this hotel.l travel a lot and rarely if ever have l come across such a happy, motivated, knowledgeable, well trained team. From the front desk through to the chef they were all excellent with a special mention going to the barmen!

“Excelent place to feel the city”
Location at historic heart of the city allow to travel in most places in 20 minut on foot or less. There is a lot to discover just around the corner
