Lovely location in Foz for people who prefer to stay somewhere calmer than the centre of Porto. You can catch a 500 bus nearby or the tram (about 500m from hotel). Our stay at the hotel was September 2023. At that time there was no noise due to construction. I read some reviews that noted this. We wanted to stay at the ocean and this was a great choice.
