“More than expected”
Joäo was an amazing host, the bell hops were so helpful and friendly and the accommodations…splendid! We loved the hospitality, the proximity to everything, and the food was good too…thank you! We appreciate all you did for us. Hope 2025 brings peace, love, and happiness

“Enjoyable stay in a lovely hotel”
Beautiful elegant old hotel in a great central location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast was included in the room price. All in all I would highly recommend staying here if you want to explore the attractive heart of the old city.

“Treat yourself!”
Lovely hotel nestled in the CBD of Porto. Great location to see all the historical heart of Porto and get to the beautiful São Bento Railway Station if you want to branch further out. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Rooms well appointed and comfortable with great mini bar and a nice break… more

Bad experience no hot water the staff was rude Changed our room on the second day but there was a bad stink in the room No attention to detail stayed 4 nights location was good but an average experience Actually would not recommend it to any one beautiful lobby but the staff plumbing and lighting… more

“Sadly disappointed”
The bedroom was beautiful, bathroom just ok, especially for a hotel of this caliber. Room next door took a shower at midnight, it sounded as though the shower was in our room.
