“Nice hotel.”
I saw bad reviews before going ( and I picked it without looking at them), must say I was surprised for good, from the start very friendly and helpful staff at the reception, clean and reformed room, good location, I think it was a good quality/price hotel, would go again.

It was my second time in Lisbon, my first in this hotel, the room was very nice and clean, it is very good located near the train and metro, I really enjoyed it, also would like to give a nice “thank you” to Iara from the reception, for assisting me with the trip to Sintra, I saw a lot but have more to see, your kindness and smile are well remembered. “Be Careful of Your Choice”
It is not far from the airport but very close. The rooms are nice and clean. A bit of old fashioned bathroom. The only thing that bothered me was I made a booking for a double room but they gave me a single room. I objected immediately and after s while they switched me to s double room as it shoul… more
It is not far from the airport but very close. The rooms are nice and clean. A bit of old fashioned bathroom. The only thing that bothered me was I made a booking for a double room but they gave me a single room. I objected immediately and after s while they switched me to s double room as it should be. It is very unprofessional behaviour. You must give the exact same room or if it is not available you must upgrade. You can not oblige people to stay in s room that they did not reserve.
