Great experience in a wonderful city. The front desk agents were really helpful and super friendly. Lara was there every morning to help us with the things we needed. Great experience in a wonderful city. The front desk agents were really helpful and super friendly. Lara was there every morning to help us with the things we needed. Also the breakfast was perfect, fresh and local products all you need to start your day good so don’t skip the breakfast! The employees there are really friendly and they recognise you. The first day my son was sitting on a spot in the breakfast area and the next day Rui made sure he could sit there again that made him feel special. Inez the guest relations in the hotel is just perfect !! She was there always to help out and gave us some good recommendations super friendly. Overall a great experience in the hotel you really feel home away from home.

“Long weekend in Lisbon”
Super sentral Location. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast, with made to order eggs of all types. Nice rooms, and reseption area. Aldi shop very close. Close to metrostation. High end shopping right outside the door. The surrounding area is nice and clean.

Inez went above and beyond, checking in with us daily: whether at check-in, passing through the lobby, or even during breakfast, to ensure we had everything we needed. Their kindness and attentiveness made all the difference. The hotel is beautiful, with a stylish lobby, spotless and comfortable rooms, and a fantastic breakfast selection. Every morning, Rui and Paula made me and my little one feel special with their warm attention to detail. A perfect stay :) Highly recommended! We can’t wait to return.

“Good and central Hotel”
Very nice hotel just in the main avenue,very good shops and brand's. The breakfast are amazing and all employees are very kind and helpful! Very good dishes in the bar area and restaurant. They recommend the shopping corte ingles,and they have the service of pick up by uber to go and come back.

The friendly staff make this hotel a great place to stay. Comfortable bed, good room facilities and size, brilliant location close to the centre and the metro. Good range of food options in the evening and an extensive breakfast buffet. Lacks some of the character I have come to expect from “nh Collection” brand, but the standard and range of services is as expected. Roof top bar closed at the time of year I stayed.
