“Food review- great service, great food”
Just passing and looked atmospheric. Welcoming staff and prompt service. We shared a duck risotto dish and a beefsteak with ham egg and a sauce. Both dishes simple and well done, very tasty, good price. Excellent house red also. Would happily revisit

Centrally located in old town Lisbon. Historic building converted into hotel. All amenities were top notch. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good all round service. “Great location!”
Lovely Staff, great location, but very very small rooms and bathrooms. Enjoyed the breakfast and had a lovely dinner in the restaurant. Also enjoyed drinks in the bar each night! Easily walkable to many places to eat and many tourist highlights!

“First time to Lisbon”
The rooms on top floor a little small but the evening and night staff included Daniel and Nara are the best. These are the type of people that make traveling fun. Thank you guys you are worth your weight in gold. The elevator is noisy so be mindful of that Bill and Sue

A decent hotel, well situated, clean, comfortable, and quiet, but with (for me) one important flaw. I don't know the origin (although I asked), but the air throughout the hotel had what may have been a sort of freshener added to it reminiscent of coconut oil on a beach. I found it to be unpleasant… more
A decent hotel, well situated, clean, comfortable, and quiet, but with (for me) one important flaw. I don't know the origin (although I asked), but the air throughout the hotel had what may have been a sort of freshener added to it reminiscent of coconut oil on a beach. I found it to be unpleasant. It stopped me from eating in the restaurant or spending time anywhere in the hotel other than in my room with the air con on and the window open. I travel a lot. I have never experienced this before, including in other hotels in Portugal.
