“Good, small hotel with nice staff”
Nice and clean little hotel very well situated near the centre of Lisboa. Staff were very friendly and serviceminded. Rooms are small but nice. A nice garden for smokers and other guests. Free coffee, Tea or Chokolate. Breakfast nice and good to the price.

“Hotel review”
A low priced budget hotel with quality attached. Clean with all good amenities and very friendly helpful staff. Happy to recommend. We stayed in room 408 6-8 February 2020. Very good location very close to transport metro and buses. Lisbon is beautiful.

This tale starts badly, because we didn't allow enough time to change planes and make our 11:30 pm flight to Faro. My fault. That left us standing in the arrivals level in Lisbon, after 11pm, looking for a hotel. The people at the tourism booth had nothing. Three websites later we found this place with a vacancy and around $150 CDN (breakfast not included). I got a Bolt (like Uber) and five Euros and five minutes later we arrived to claim the last room. It was small and clean, had lots of outlets to charge our devices, and very quiet. Next morning we took the elevator down and paid €7.50 each for a delicious and filling breakfast. We go frequently to Lisbon. We've decided to make this our "go to" hotel.

There’s lots to like about this hotel. The lobby is beautiful, the staff are extraordinarily helpful, pleasant and available. The breakfast options are plentiful and quite reasonable and are offered inside or out. The hotel’s location could be a problem if one is unable to navigate the nearby Metro (5-10 minute walk). Since it is not in the touristy area near the water, the subway is a must. Otherwise the location offers plenty of nearby dining options. I much preferred Wine Hunters a few doors down, as well as Raffi’s Bagels close by. Other restaurants are a block away at the roundabout. If I did have an issue it was with the cramped bathroom in my room. If you are anywhere near 5’10 you will not be able to situate yourself on the commode in any normal straight manner, as the sink/vanity abuts too close. No toilet roll dispenser and virtually no sink counter space. The curved shower doors never did work as designed and the soap dispensers failed to adhere to tiled shower walls. The room itself was quite nice, bed comfortable and linen luxurious.

Friendly staff and plenty of restaurants close by.
