The apartment is very well located in the centre and is very comfortable. However, I have given 5* for their service. We put our passports in the safe. We decided to take them out before our early flight when we got back to the apartment at midnight. We couldn’t unlock the safe. We called the… more
The apartment is very well located in the centre and is very comfortable. However, I have given 5* for their service. We put our passports in the safe. We decided to take them out before our early flight when we got back to the apartment at midnight. We couldn’t unlock the safe. We called their number, someone answered and gave us a code to try which didn’t work. They then sent someone round to the apartment at 01.00 to open it. The service really exceeded my expectations. They could not have been more helpful. They are a good company.

Very professionnal Modern / classy furniture / equipement Cleaning service daily Close to everything Air conditionning Spacious Fits 4-6 persons easily The only downside is the noise of the busy street Would I go back : yes please

“Good stay for a city trip”
First of all the location can't be any better for a City Trip to Lisbon. It's close to public transportation, food, shopping and much more. All in all it's a sweet apartment but it could be more cleaner in the bathroom. Spotted stains on the toilet seat which we removed with sanitizers ourselves.… more
First of all the location can't be any better for a City Trip to Lisbon. It's close to public transportation, food, shopping and much more. All in all it's a sweet apartment but it could be more cleaner in the bathroom. Spotted stains on the toilet seat which we removed with sanitizers ourselves. Furthermore we were failed to be given extra toilet paper which we ran out of and with no reception it's hard to reach out to any people. The Wifi was really slow and more outlets for power are definitely needed. Even though there are some points to improve we can recommend staying here for a weekend trip.

Praça do Município is a refurbished set of serviced apartments right beside the city Hall. It's a good location on a busy street with narrow pavements. Plenty to do and see close by within a few minutes walk. The apartment we stayed in was a single bedroom with a sofa bed in the living room plus a small kitchen and en-suite bathroom- ok for 3 people. Free Wi-fi was included and that worked fine. It was very clean but the decor was beginning to show some wear. In addition the hot water didn't work properly and the satellite TV worked erratically. The servicing of the apartment was great though, clean sheets, towels and a clean every day so can't complain about that. Although on a busy street there wasn't a great deal of noise from outside - the same can't be said for inside. Sound seems to travel well around the building and there was a lot of noise from the upstairs apartments in the form of footsteps and what sounded like constant re-arranging of furniture (it probably wasn't that but sounded like it). All in all not terrible but it could have been better. It didn't spoil our stay but I'm sure some people would find annoying. The accommodation could score a little higher by trying harder. It was fine for our 3 night stay
