“A gem right smack in the heart of Lisbon”

Things I love about this hotel: 1. Location - million/10 - super central, walking distance to everything, near all public transpos, shops and restaurants everywhere all within less than a min or 2 mins walking 2. Staff - 1million.1/10 - friendly, very helpful, attentive. One thing I could not forget is that I had an early morning flight and their breakdast buffet doesnt start until 7:30AM. The hotel staff had prepared a breakfast box for me to go to bring to the airport. 3. Check in - 1000/10 - their check in isnt until 12nn, but thankfully for me, my room was ready and they let me in early. I opted to roam around and leave my luggage and upon return, they had already put my luggage in my room. 4. Breakfast spread - 7-10 - good selection 5. Aesthetic details - 8/10 - garden, themed floors and rooms 6. Welcome gifts - cute/10 - a letter, a free drink, and a discounted lunch meal 7. The elevator - cutecute/10 - love how it sort of has a story line What could be better: 1. Bathroom - a little bit tight especially the shower area. Its the typical European bath tub. Shower is great though, strong pressure and easy to use, and doesnt run out of hot water, but space is a bit small. 2. Powerplugs - the ones near the bed are for the lamp. If you dont mind removing it, its okay. All in all, will definitely stay here again and again!

Hotel was in a perfect spot in the middle of Lisbon very nice and helpful staff clean a little bit small rooms but manageable…. “Excellent hotel! Friendly staff - stay here!”
This is one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had! We arrived super early and jet lagged and they were gracious and helped us find a place to rest and let us have a room hours early! This is one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had! We arrived super early and jet lagged and they were gracious and helped us find a place to rest and let us have a room hours early! The vibe was so cool! The outside was beautiful and the inside was unique. We were obsessed with the beautiful wall paper in our room! Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful! The location was spectacular! Major tourist destinations were in walking distance and it was super close to public transportation which was easy to use. Finally, the toiletries smelled awesome! We are disappointed we forgot to ask where we could buy them.

We spent four nights in room 407 in late Nov. The location is perfect - all major attractions are within walking distance. Staff are friendly and they keep an eye on people who come and go, I guess for security reason. We didn't try its restaurant except breakfast but it looks like very popular even among the locals. The included breakfast is very good. The biggest problem is the room is very dark even when we turned on all the lights. Although the room has been renovated, there is no power outlet for mobile device charging. We have to unplug the coffee machine fron its outlet.

“A 4 Star in decline”
Location is excellent. Staff is friendly. Breakfast was good. Welcome drink and early check in allowed which was great. Decoration is very modern, it makes a difference. Nespresso in the room (no sugar, milk however). We were not annoyed by city noise at all. Now the bad staff.. Mattress needed rep… more
Location is excellent. Staff is friendly. Breakfast was good. Welcome drink and early check in allowed which was great. Decoration is very modern, it makes a difference. Nespresso in the room (no sugar, milk however). We were not annoyed by city noise at all. Now the bad staff.. Mattress needed replacement. Minor details that show the hotel is in decline: dirty plug sockets and switches. Bathroom needed extreme renovation. We always ask for a taxi from an app or ask the hotel to call one for safety reasons. We asked a taxi back to the airport and when we lost a bag, we called the hotel to give us information on the taxi service they used to call them and it seemed they just called a random taxi from the street. Which we could do it on our own. A 4/5 star hotel would never ever do that. As a result the bag with travel documents could not be retrieved as the taxi was not called by a company , as they should have, but it was a random driver
