“Perfect stay”
We stayed for 2 nights at the start of March. I had emailed ahead to ask for an early check in as we landed at 10am. I also mentioned that it was my partners birthday whilst we were there. We stayed for 2 nights at the start of March. I had emailed ahead to ask for an early check in as we landed at 10am. I also mentioned that it was my partners birthday whilst we were there. Unable to check in early due to the hotel being full the night before, but managed to get changed and leave luggage safe. Our room was excellent, more like a suite tbh. A little out dated decor wise but clean and comfortable. We had room 803 which I believe is the only room with a balcony, amazing views and perfect for plane watching!! Hotel had left my partner a bottle of fizz and a cake on his birthday which was very appreciated. A good 30min walk to Rossio area but 5mins to metro. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!!

This hotel has friendly staff and has great nearby Metro (10 minutes to the city centre) and bus stops. There's also a huge El Corte Ingles (a bit like a Harrods) near the metro station (Sao Sebastiao). This hotel has friendly staff and has great nearby Metro (10 minutes to the city centre) and bus stops. There's also a huge El Corte Ingles (a bit like a Harrods) near the metro station (Sao Sebastiao). It's also located very close to the Gulbenkian Museum and the Parque Eduardo VII and if you fancied walking , it's an almost straight path from there down to the Praca do Comercio and the River Tagus. It's also just far enough away from the city centre to be keenly priced. Rooms are spacious and although just a bit dated, the fabric is well maintained and very clean. I didn't dine or have breakfast there, so I can't comment on the food, but I did have probably the best Gin and Tonic in the hotel bar that I've ever had anywhere in all the times I've been to Lisbon.

“Comfortable and clean”

Slightly out from the city centre but not a problem as the walk through the parks and gardens was pleasant. Bar staff very friendly - reception less so. Breakfasts were very good but evening dinner menu disappointing so dining out is preferred - especially with so many choices. Nice coffee shop just off reception.

“Comfortable and huge bed, very comfortale”

You get to Rossio quite quickly, it goes via Pombal and Liberdade. We walked it the first time but the bus so easy and a daily ticket covering buses, trams and metro is available to buy from Tourist Information kiosks and metro stations. Really enoyed Lisbon, just wish we had booked a longer stay to enable us to go all we wanted to. Good day out by train from Rossio railway station to Sintra, well worth it.

“Nice place with good breakfast”
Clean room, very big bed, everything we need in bathroom. Staff was very friendly. Location is near metro station, so it was no problem to get somewhere or to the airport. We ate there only breakfast, there was a lot of food, everything was good.
