Visited here for 1 night. We arrived early check in was seamless, allowed us access to the room early, the ladybon check in was very informative, giving information a lot the hotel. The hotel itself was beautiful, lovely spacious lobby area with bar, which also had fantastic service, we weren't staying long enough to catch breakfast the following morning but friends staying at the hotel longer said it was superb. Our room on the seventh floor, was large, clean had all the amenities we needed, included bottle of water and mints. Beds were comfy and just right for our 1 night stay. Hotel it conveniently located close to the airport and around 20 mins in taxi to local tourist spots. Very easy to catch a taxi, there is a taxi rank outside and Uber very easily accessed within a couple minutes. We had to leave early the following morning staff checked us out quickly and were polite and wished us a safe trip home. If I was visiting Lisbon again I would certainly stay at this hotel again. We stayed for 6 nights at the end of December in a suite (they had one per floor). It provided enough space and privacy for the family of three adults. Bedroom; there is plenty of storage space and the bed is comfortable. TV channels are not great. Living room; sofa bed, table and chairs, drawers, dated kettle and coffee machine. Mini bar fully stocked and at extra charge. Windows open at a crack, aircon works. Bathroom with two sinks and bathtub, seperate door to the toilet and bidet. Housekeeping was inconsistent, we had to constantly chase towels or they would leave bed sheets for us to put over the duvet when change was requested - like in some sort of hostel. We had unexpected incident with suite not being ready for check in well beyond guaranteed time due to front desk error but we came to the resolution. It is good local neighbourhood with plenty of amenities. We were taking uber to the city centre. Breakfast is terrible, we did not return after first day despite having it included in the rate. We prefered to eat outside. Overall we felt safe there and had space we needed so will be returning. It is much better than the other Lisbon Holiday Inn and better value than Marriott where we stayed few times.

We had a very good stay during our visit to Lisbon. Our suite was spacious even with the sofa-bed open and accommodated 4 people without any issues with plenty of storage and table space throughout the room. However, while our room was quiet, clean and comfortable, we found the furnishings felt dated and had obvious signs of wear and tear including worn seats and chips in the wall. Our room, while functional, definitely could use a refresh. The rest of the hotel felt in better shape, including the large and inviting lobby. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful, and we had no issues communicating in English except with housekeeping where we needed to pull out our phones to translate to Portuguese. There is a taxi stand conveniently in front of the hotel, though we typically took Ubers to get around. If you’re going to Sintra, the Entrecampos station is a 5-10 minute walk away and trains from Oriente to Sintra stop there. We found two supermarkets nearby, a larger Lidl in the Entrecampos station, and a smaller Continente that was a 5-minute walk away. We had the buffet breakfast at least one morning and found it to be decent. There were many options, though it was very busy, and the staff did their best to keep items stocked. We found many restaurants close by, though we only ate dinner by the hotel one evening.

It's desperately over-priced, but that will be true of most Lisbon hotels until the tourism bubble bursts. Revenue is buoyed by the hotel's contracts with airlines for accommodating delayed passengers. With TAP in the picture that means a lot of business, and a lot of undemanding customers simply happy to get a bed for the night. The lobby and bar area is an attractive renovation, but it creates a "fur coat and no nickers" situation for the rest of the hotel. Rooms are getting shabby, house-keeping isn't always on the ball. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast scrapes through as so-so, but it's delivered in a small, dated and dysfunctional subterranean room. There are many cafés around which might serve you better for a light breakfast, The long and short is the owners need to spend some of the bumper profits generated post-covid on renovation work. The location, only a few minutes from both Entrecampos rail and the Campo Pequeno metro stations, and a short Uber ride from the airport, is just fine.
