“Lovely stay”

Spent four nights at the hotel and can’t fault it, friendly reception staff, clean rooms and in good location for easy access to the city centre. 2 member of staff stood out, Diniz ( I hope I got his name right) at breakfast, what a caring and lovely gentleman and Nuno from the restaurant, who is super friendly and gave great tips on what to do during our time in Lisbon. Thank you Diniz and Nuno, you are a credit to the hotel

We had a little celebration planned in Lisbon and chose this hotel. Really everybody of the staff took care of making it a memorable stay. We had a little celebration planned in Lisbon and chose this hotel. Really everybody of the staff took care of making it a memorable stay. Reception gave us a very warm welcome, the bar created very personal moments while serving us the drinks (Nuno gave us great tips, where to dine out). The big highlight was the birthday breakfast, where everyone came and sang unexpectedly and had a surprise cake with a candle, just out of their generosity. But the authenticity, the warm hearted dialogs and just the way they love to have you as a guest, was extraordinary! Thank you!

“Great affordable stay”
Nuno, Luis, and Vasco were great! They gave us lots of laughs, great recommendations, and were always warm and welcoming. The staff at the front desk were also always willing to help with anything we needed and made our stay easy and enjoyable. We will definitely be back!

“Business trip with some catch up with my Portuguese friends”
There is a friendly staff member who is very helpful and very knowledgeable about the business of F&B knows how to make a good impress for offering a customer experience à little egg tart with cinnamon powder to wrap up your dinner , ot is a free-ending - desert and a plus to the customer

“Hotel great, staff not”

The hotel itself was very good, the room was clean, the bed felt comfortable, etc. I would have given it 5 stars but the staff brought down my rating. They seemed miserable, like they didn’t really want to be there. I inadvertently parked at the garage for the VIP hotel across the street. When I paid for my parking that staff at the VIP hotel was very happy and friendly. I will definitely stay at that hotel next time and avoid the unhappy staff at the holiday inn.
