“Exceptional Service”
Incredible. Everything you would expect from a 4 Seasons. Maybe the facilities are a little more modest compared to some other properties but service was just beyond as it always is at Four Seasons. Beautiful gym. Centrally located. Exceptional staff. Thank you

“Great location, exceptional service”
The Ritz is what it claims to be. The service is the best, the accommodations are exceptional. Literally everything had been anticipated: even the toilet bowl was illuminated at night for easy location.

“Way overpriced for a nice but yet old venue”
Nice personnel, old venue that looks nice but still old. Way way overpriced. Make up room for second shift of the day was way too late in m second day with them arriving uninvited at 9PM !

“Good but expensive”
The Ritz in Lisbon has been the top hotel in the city for decades. It is still in a league of its own in terms of service and atmosphere. The Deluxe rooms have been very well renovated by Portuguese decorators who have kept the 1950s spirit of the hotel (for instance the unique bathrooms). The S… more
