“Nice hotel near Praça Marquês de Pombal”
Nice hotel with comfortable beds. All the reception staff were excellent during our stay. Breakfast area can get a bit busy after 8.30. We had breakfast one morning at 7.30 and there was no queue. Nice choices for breakfast, including fresh fruit.

“More pros than cons”
I spent 4 nights at the Hotel Dom Carlos Liberty in early April and while there were both pros and cons, I thought the advantages outweighed the disadvantages. “Small rooms ”
Best things first: breakfast was ok. Location good also. But the rooms were small and there are better options at this pricelevel. AC was too powerful and very difficult to adjust. And the room needed an upgrade in general. Looked like it hadnt been taken care of for a while. I will go somewhere … more

“Nice but opportunity for improvement”
We had an end unit so it was large enough with small suitcases. The AC worked great and it was very quiet with the windows closed. The hotel is tired with old carpet throughout. There is very little in room amenities. No Lotion . A great nesspresso-like coffee maker BUT they only fill it ONCE. … more
