“Friendly staff and great service”
Without a shadow of a doubt, the best service you can expect. My girlfriend and I booked the romantic experience, thinking we would be greeted by roses and chocolate the first day, and have a nice view. Without a shadow of a doubt, the best service you can expect. My girlfriend and I booked the romantic experience, thinking we would be greeted by roses and chocolate the first day, and have a nice view. We did, but the romantic greeting continued throughout our stay, which was way above our expectation. All staff we talked to was extremely welcoming, and did all they could to accommodate everything. Only downside was that the room we stayed in was bit small, but we did also book the smallest size available, so that's on us.

“Good Hotel”
The room was fine, check-in was simple and the concierge was friendly. The only problem was being on the first floor, next to the lounge. It is open 24 hours and noisy. Make sure to not book the first floor.

“Far from historic center”
The location of this hotel is far from historic center but 10 minutes walking to the nearest Alameda metro, but first the walking distance to the Alameda metro station is not to closed. Then get off in Rossio metro station and walk in historic center. Then going back the same and going up the hill … more
The location of this hotel is far from historic center but 10 minutes walking to the nearest Alameda metro, but first the walking distance to the Alameda metro station is not to closed. Then get off in Rossio metro station and walk in historic center. Then going back the same and going up the hill is not easy as they say. The hotel cleaning was fine. The staff too. Breakfast so so, not for the price of 9 euros p/p. Now the noise from next door rooms was horrible, no respect to anyone and beds not as comfortable. The are does not look to safe, but is ok. Just be early at the hotel.
