We stayed in Altis suits for 2 weeks over Xmas and new years with our family and doggy. We had an amazing trip, we were treated so well the location is perfect and the suits were very clean. Everyone at reception especially Christina, who our little doggy cooper was greeted by every day and was so excited to see, was really lovey. She couldn’t have been more accommodating and kind and helped make our trip. The cocktails in the hotel bar 👌🏻 the food, service and view, so good. Highly recommend Will be back Thank you x

“A wonderful stay”

We stayed here for only one night as we were departing from Lisbon on a cruise the following day. We were greeted and checked in by a friendly and professional lady and a young man quickly came to help with our luggage. Our room was extremely spacious and spotlessly clean. There was literally everything you could ask for within the room and so much storage space. The towels were really soft and fluffy, the shower was good and the toiletries provided smelled absolutely beautiful! This accommodation was chosen for us by our travel agent and I personally would have probably overlooked it because of its slightly dated appearance but I am so glad this was not the case. The property is in an excellent location, the service was very good and the suites have everything you need for a great holiday - particularly if you want some additional space that you don’t get from a hotel bedroom. I would definitely stay there again if in Lisbon.

“Serviced apartment in a great location!”

The central location makes this a very good option, especially for a longer stay. This is basically a serviced apartment. We reserved the standard double and there was ample room. The central location makes this a very good option, especially for a longer stay. This is basically a serviced apartment. We reserved the standard double and there was ample room. The decor is a little dated but the pictures on their internet site are accurate. The bedroom had a comfortable queen bed, and there was lots of closet and drawer space. The unit had a separate living room with couch, kitchen table and nespresso-type coffee maker. The kitchen area was sufficient for cooking meals and had a small fridge with wee freezer, stove top and microwave (no oven). Altis supplied plates, cups and silverware, along with pots and pans. Note that you will need to buy your own salt and pepper and other basics. There is an Aldi within 5 minutes of the hotel. The bathroom had decent water pressure. They will service your room every day if you want that. Two issues to be aware of: guests of the Altis Suites no longer have free access to the gym at the Altis Grand next door: that will cost you 15 Euros per day. This is not stated anywhere. Also, some of the units at the Altis Suites are apparently owner-occupied. We were first given a unit (12B) next to an owned unit (12A) whose barked incessantly one night, well past midnight. The dog barked much of the next afternoon. There is nothing that Altis Suites could do, but thankfully they moved us to a quieter room (no neighboring dogs). Just be sure to ask for a quiet unit.

Very conveniently located off the Avenida da Liberdade. The Altis Grand Hotel is attached to the Suites so we ate dinner there after a long day sometimes and breakfast everyday ( they offer a discount if you have it everyday. 16 Euros vs 20). The rooms are serviced daily. Some suites have a street view but ours looked straight at a wall ! The beds are narrow-ish but comfortable. Getting in and out of the bath tub isn't easy but I don't think they have walk in showers.
