Really nice hotel,big bedrooms,all staff are kind and there has never been any problems. There is so much to keep you entertained, the entertainment people Edgar and dayana will have you busy and laughing all day,between volleyball tournaments water polo,water aerobics,, you'll never go bored

“Dancing team”

Dancing entertainment was amazing! Such good dances and very friendly team! Very fun experience, got everyone up dancing! Very fun for the kids who really enjoyed it! The choreographer Lauro, the dancers Yoandry,Cinder , Nirma and Leyanna.

Bottom end 4 / good 3 star at tops just purely because the hotel is clean. It’s a bit old and tired in places though for sure . It’s like they don’t invest money into new things even though they make out it’s a big franchise of hotels around the world…. For example pull out sofa bed must be from 1990’s at best not even exaggerating youngest had to stay in our bed with us I wouldn’t let dog sleep on it. Pool area…opens at 9, still cleaning most mornings, same staff moping about like they can’t be arsed… average does the job it needs to. Bar at night…. 1 person serving so always a massive queue while 2 blokes potter about washing glasses or talking in back whatever they are doing ..should have more staff on.been hotels before in Portugal and other places where staff are all over at night and no queues. no entertainment..there is apparently but may aswell not be.some local singer for about 20 mins. NO KIDS DISCO or anything for kids. Shame because my littliest loves a little dance on holiday, first one ever where there nothing at all. Barstaff work hard but you can see how tired and drained they are serving at the bar and can’t be arsed in honest truth. Drinks…basic choice 1 lager, few cocktails, usual spirits etc etc usual stuff nowt worth writing home about Food…you won’t starve but may aswell eat out in my opinion don’t book all inclusive hoping for really nice food, go self catering and eat out. we’v had to eat out to really feel satisfied and go shop for snacks for kids. iv eaten around the world and iv had better in worse countries no joke Pool food… like carboot burger van style food with a bit of salad..won’t starve but not for me everyday Rooms…massive can’t fault room size got everything in it just little tired and old. Reception staff are fantastic always helpful always can’t complain at all about them. Restaurants we went to was only the grill house in the other sister hotel… proper bad. Staff just haven’t a clue one knocked a full pint glass aswell over my 3 year old, drenched her and glass smashed on her..this is the icing on the cake tonight why I have left a review..She apologies and was very caring after but manager (I’m guessing) come over telling us it was ok as if my 3 year old had done it while she was crying her eyes out covered in lager.accidents happen but it’s how they acted after what p*ssed me off. Food was average there.if it wasn’t free and I had to pay for it I wouldn’t have paid. Found everyone grumbles here about same thing here when speaking to everyone… it’s a proper shame because if they spent a bit more money on more staff looked after them better and proper entertainment at night for kids atleast then it would make a fantastic hotel. 3grand weeks holiday for 2 adults 2 kids all inc.. I feel like I wasted money . 2nd holiday this year il take it as a lesson learnt but if it was my only holiday this year I’d be gutted.Full of hen and stag doos which are no bother to us as my kids would sleep through a tornado and iv been on stag doos I know how it is and there no bother in day at all quite funny to watch but night time it turns a bit repetitive, if you are a light sleeper get ready and buckle up sounds like furniture is getting booted round room constantly. I hate leaving bad reviews but I’d hate people to book here thinking it’s a proper mint hotel because it’s far from it. All staff you can see work hard and they look drained as this hotel is understaffed by about 20 people atleast. The bar man tonight looks like he worked here 15 year and never had a day off felt right sorry for him. Take 100 euro off you when you check in so il see if they return it after I leave.
