I was here on a pilgrimage to Fatima. This hotel is almost a five-stars rating. The staff is excellent, the rooms are clean, the food is very good. A great advantage is that it is walking distance from the chapel and the cathedral. The street next to the hotel is quiet and safe. If we come here again, I will consider this hotel.

**I am giving this hotel a 3 stars for the room alone. Every thing else was above average.** We stayed at this property from 03/20 – 03/23. I had reserved a suite. When I see a suite, I think of a very nice room with a good view. Not in this hotel. We were assigned room #101. This was a suite with a separate sitting room, but the view was of a wall. Not overlooking the sanctuary but a wall of the building next door. Not like the photos on the website. So, if you are looking for a room with a view, do not get room 101. Other than that, the stay was good. The room was clean, and the heating worked well. The price of the room was €93/night. All staff encountered were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant had an excellent staff (especially Ines) and the provided breakfast was very good. Breakfast was €15/person with a very large selection of items. It is one of the hotels located along this street that is directly across the street from the Sanctuary. There is a small onsite parking area with about room for 6 cars. Overall, if I had to do it again, I would not get a room but a city view room. I am giving this hotel a 3 stars for the room alone. Every thing else was above average.

The advantage of this hotel is that it is very close to the shrine, and the location is safe even if you walk to the shrine middle of the night. The advantage of this hotel is that it is very close to the shrine, and the location is safe even if you walk to the shrine middle of the night. Of course if you love shopping, you'll be passing by lots of shops when you go back to this hotel from your visit to the shrine. The bed I must say is average. It has a sign of being used so often. There is no complimentary water but there is a coffee and coffeemaker. There is also a safe for valuables. There are English channels on tv. The bathroom I think was newly renovated and so it was very clean and looks new. Bathroom amenities are basics. Breakfast is average. Sit down dinner service is sometimes slow as they only have few servers. Their lift/elevator can only accommodate a small number of passengers and so you may have to use the stairs if you are in a hurry. This hotel is good enough for pilgrims who need a safe and clean place for the night. Still, I can recommend this hotel to my friends.
