“Exceptional!”
We had a lovely time at this beautiful hotel and winery estate! Everything was elegant and comfortable, and we loved our room. The restaurant was also wonderful for both breakfast and dinner. We wish we would've stayed one more night to truly experience the grape harvest and spend more time there!

“Simply awesome experience!”
We arrived at the Quinta da Pacheca (Wine House Hotel) and thought we were in heaven. Such an absolutely beautiful vineyard run by absolutely wonderful staff. “Magnificent”
What an amazing experience. Absolutely beautiful. We stayed in the barrel. The estate is absolutely magnificent. The wine tour, the pool area, the restaurant. You just can’t fault it. The staff are friendly. Parking is available and easy. We could have easily stayed a couple of nights.

“Not the best location in Douro because it is not on the river so magestic rolling hills are not part of the view.”
This hotel was as photographed and provided a beautiful room and a great night sleep, but they oversell to guest coming in from outside of the hotel for lunch and dinner and the location is not the best in Douro. It is not on the river and rolling hills are minimal.
