The staff is nice and polite, hotel location is also good. A country side / rural location with all that means. The staff is nice and polite, hotel location is also good. A country side / rural location with all that means. Some spiders, cats, mosquito etc. Well let's not forget we are on the middle of nowhere and Evora city centre is like 10km far. Rooms are old and really need a good an nice investment from management. Some of the furniture is older than I do :) 45. The pool seems pretty ok and clean of course and once again need some improvement... For 40€ per night we can't expect honestly more than this considering the location and the lack of people to work on cleaning / construction etc. Been here and probably won't return but does not kill anyone and for a quick Stay for 2 or 3 days is fine specialy for low budget visitors.

“Good location, poor standards”

This place is in a perfect location but unfortunately it appears the owners prefer to spend profits on flash cars as the whole place is tired and unkempt and in places dirty. This place is in a perfect location but unfortunately it appears the owners prefer to spend profits on flash cars as the whole place is tired and unkempt and in places dirty. The rooms are comfortable but everything seemed to be "make do". We were in one of the suites which needed fully decorating, the bathroom was tired although functional but we wouldn't want to stay more than one night. At nearly €70 a night including a dog, it's certainly expensive compared to other places we stopped in on our drive South - even the Ibis Budget at Rouen was far better value and cleaner with better facilities. Although free wifi was offered the signal was very weak. It wouldn't take a huge investment to make this a place to stay - however until then I suggest you keep driving

“A challenge to find this hotel by car”

GPS system from the car could not recognize this hotel address, had to exploit the clumsy approach, using the Google map from our mobile phone to fix the location. This hotel was about 5km away from the city center, in an almost isolated farm area, but we quite enjoyed the fresh and quiet environment. Interior of this hotel was a little bit dilapidated, we came across minor hitch with the terrace door lock. The rest was acceptable.

Despite the staff is great and very very helpful, the room spacious and the view is beautiful, they must improve a lot the maintenance. Despite the staff is great and very very helpful, the room spacious and the view is beautiful, they must improve a lot the maintenance. The towels was stained, the room has mold on the walls, the bathrooms needed to be painted, the furniture on the balcony was very old and dirty. The impression is that they don't do any maintenance at all. The breakfast was good.
