This is good, recently renovated hotel in the heart of Wroclaw. Hotel is really clean, very easy access from parking garage. Good restaurants/bars nearby, Christmas market just a 1 minute walk away. I found it weird that rooms are not cleaned daily and even when “cleaned” they just changed towels… more

This is good, recently renovated hotel in the heart of Wroclaw. Hotel is really clean, very easy access from parking garage. Good restaurants/bars nearby, Christmas market just a 1 minute walk away. I found it weird that rooms are not cleaned daily and even when “cleaned” they just changed towels and cleared out garbage bin. Please mind that walls are pretty thin and you can hear a lot of noises, but hotel provides ear plugs for this matter. Despite these things it was still a very good stay.

“Great Location and Comfortable Stay for New Year's Eve at Wyndham Old Town Wroclaw”

We spent New Year's Eve at Wyndham Old Town Wroclaw, and overall, it was a pleasant stay. The hotel is beautiful with recently renovated rooms, which definitely added to the experience. We spent New Year's Eve at Wyndham Old Town Wroclaw, and overall, it was a pleasant stay. The hotel is beautiful with recently renovated rooms, which definitely added to the experience. It's a large hotel, offering good value for the price, and its location is perfect – very close to the city center and the main square. The breakfast was quite good, with a decent variety of options, and we enjoyed the overall ambiance. However, there were a few downsides. The staff’s English proficiency could be improved, as it made communication a bit challenging at times. Additionally, housekeeping wasn’t daily – you need to hang a sign on your door to request cleaning, which was a bit inconvenient. We had requested two junior suites, but the rooms we received didn’t quite match the standard of a junior suite. Despite these minor issues, the hotel was a great choice for our New Year’s Eve stay, offering comfort, a central location, and good value for money.

Advantages: - proximity to the city centre, - parking in the underground garage of the hotel (separate paid parking), - large room, - room amenities - kettle, coffee machine, coffee, tea, bottled water, bathrobes, slippers, iron - bathroom equipment - shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, hairdryer, - we were given an extra mattress pad on request as there were double mattress pads on the beds and it was in the children's way, - great breakfast!!!!!! - A small but nice spa (jacuzzi and Finnish sauna, the steam sauna didn't work) which we booked for the exact hour and we were on our own, Disliked - The rooms are heated by air conditioning which didn't work in our room. After complaining, the receptionist brought us two heaters, which did heat the room, but we couldn't have them on non-stop. During the night the room cooled down considerably. Twice a technician came to look at the air conditioner, but really only to take a look. On the day we left, the heaters blew fuses and the outlets were left without power and our door was blocked. I am sorry that the front desk or hotel management did not address this repeated complaint of ours by, for example, changing the room. The hotel reception is slow overall, e.g. on leaving the hotel when asked if the ramp from the car park would open, we were told that everything was OK, the car number would be scanned and the ramp would open. Of course the ramp did not open and it was necessary to phone the reception to confirm our car number.
