The hotel was clean and beautiful with a brilliant location into the main square of Wrocław. There are also plenty of Ubers outside the hotel to commute to areas such as the airport. The customer service was good, no problems. I enjoyed the spa facilities however could be improved to a 5-star standard. Our room was very spacious and nice, I especially liked the underfloor heating which warmed the bathroom up nicely. There were a couple of minor inconveniences which could have improved our stay with it being a 5- star hotel. For example, the pillows were very flat and even with an extra pillow, it was uncomfortable. However, the overall comfiness was standard. The payment process was confusing. We booked through booking.com and our booking amount was held in pending in my bank throughout my stay. When I checked out the hotel, I was required to pay for the room again so they could bounce the amount back from pending. This was inconvenient as I had to pay twice for the room at one time. It also takes a while for money to come out of pending which could be frustrating for customers. There was nothing mentioned on booking.com prior to this and was not explained at check in. The spa was beautiful and very relaxing. I mostly enjoyed the sauna. The opening hours are great. However, the pool was very cold and the steam room was hardly warm. The salt cave was very mild and didn’t feel like it did anything beneficial. Despite this, I would be happy to visit again and would recommend for anyone thinking of staying here. I would like to visit again in the summer for the rooftop terrace as it looks amazing.

First trip to Wroclaw so decided to go in style - despite the promising reception area the deluxe room was disappointing. Nothing deluxe about them except the bathroom which was nice. Bed only a queen size and mattress just OK. Perhaps the deluxe rating was due to floor area but this was due to a long /wide corridor from the door to the living space. Didn't like the warehouse vibe of unfinished walls and ceiling. Restaurant and bar seem to be places to be seen rather than have a nice experience - as they front onto the road with large picture windows. More of a 'look at me' experience - so we went out to dine. Friendly staff and good location to easily walk to more interesting venues. We are probably not the target market for this place ...

This hotel seemed all about style, and not about comfort. I was incredibly disappointed by this hotel. The hotel was clean, but housekeeping was inconsistent. There were days we were left without towels or floor mat. Some days they came to turn down the bed, others not. The furniture was incredibly uncomfortable. One very low leather chair in the room. I’m not that tall - 5’9”. The bed was low, with incredibly flat, useless pillows. But then, the shower/tub made me laugh because it was like I needed to climb a fence to get in it. I felt unsafe, and I can’t imagine that this shower was made in mind for the same person that could use that leather chair. I was left to sit on the bed, for that was the only comfortable sitting surface. Not a 5 star hotel.
