Our forth time in this hotel and it was as good as the first time. Very comfortable beds, great view over Piłsudski square, very convenient location, walkable to all major attractions, endless food options around. Very simple, modern decor, stuff very helpful, clean and one of the best pool I've ever seen. The hotel is old but very well kept. Fantastic breakfast. Not cheap but 5 stars well deserved. We'll be back next year.

The Sofitel Victoria Warsaw was absolutely perfect in every way. The location was central to everything I wanted to see in Warsaw, the bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept-in (seriously, it was AMAZING), and the breakfast buffet was a “religious” experience each morning. The Heavenly banquet in “the sky” may be the only meal that can top the Sofitel Victoria’s breakfast spread. Plus, as an HR professional, I can tell you that it’s the employees who really make or break a business. Well, the Sofitel staff “rocked” it, 100%!!! From Andrzej at the concierge desk, Mr. Brown driving me from the airport, to Eva & Maximillian at reception—everyone at the hotel made me feel welcomed. Without going into detail, the Sofitel Victoria Warsaw has been on my “bucket list” for 20 years. My June visit will remain in my memory as one of my life’s favorite hotel stays. The hotel, the people, and the food delighted me in every way—I’ll eagerly return in the future!

“Excellent stay close to the centre of Warsaw”

“Probably best place to stay for short trip to Warsaw”

I like this hotel - and my fourth of fifth stay proves it. There are some letdowns, that might be inacceptable for five star hotels, but as an old friend, it is accepted with all its quirks. Personally, I don't like the trend of changing bathtubs for showers (bathtub is much more useful after long city walks), but it's probably a result of common "green" trend, which in my opinion, should be employed elsewhere, but not in a quality accomodation hotels. Despite very good soundproofing, I'd prefer to stay in a room, not facing Pilsudski square (any other side will do, the rooms are reqlly quiet) - I'd personally ban motorcycles from city centres or make them pay for extra decibels they incur on those, who have a habit of sleeping during nighttime. I'd also say, that aircon system needs revision and upgrade - it could be more efficient and less noisy - at "Auto" it did not provide adequate temperature, at level 3, which was able to keep tempetarute at bay, it was too noisy. And that's not the first time. The system is able to provide comfort, but if the temperatures creep past 30 degrees Celsius, I'm not sure. Top marks for cleaning staff, the room is mainained perfectly. Water, tea and coffee replenished daily. Overall cleaniness, comfortable beds, coziness, great variations of possible lighting combinations, shall you neet to relax, work with computer a bit, or watch TV. I will definitely stay there again. Unfortunately, I did not have opportunity to visit it's swimming pool this time, but from the previous visits I remember that it is fine and nicely decorated. The hotel's location is as central and convenient as it can be - we are not shy of long walks, but it really means we don't need transportation to reach any main Warsaw attraction.
