This hotel is in its own private compound with a secured parking area and several restaurants within a few dozen feet. It also has a whisky bar inside, across from the front desk. They upgraded us to the Missoni Suite, which I highly recommend. The room was huge, clean, and had a spacious bathroom (complete with bathrobes, slippers, and bidet). Kitchen area has a small stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator as well as utensils, etc. The hallway is really cool at night due to some atmospheric lighting choices. The place is very old and historic, but they have done a great job keeping it modern and neat. If you drive there, make sure you check in with the front desk so that they can register your license plate and make sure you aren't parked in a prohibited area (they show you a little map). They also have electric vehicle charging stations. There is a pool and spa available in the attached apartment building. There is a covered walkway w/stairs that goes from the hotel building to it. We didn't use it because we were busy in town, but it looked very well-run. One of the nearest tram stops is a few blocks away at Wilson Park. From there, you can get into the middle of the old town within a few minutes. It is also a 2-mile walk to the mall (Stary Browar) and another quarter mile to the old square. Highly recommend the walk if the weather permits, as it is beautiful. 8-minute walk to Camp Kosciuszko if you are there for business. There is a Zabka mini-mart right across the street as well as a Biedronka grocery store in case you need supplies. 1-2 minute walk from the front door.
