“Visit”

Fantastic apartment all we needed for our stay. Close enough to the old town square. With plenty of attractions to visit with a mixture of Fantastic restaurants. Which suited all tastes from traditional Polish foods to whatever your taste.

Close to all amenities, shops , trains ,buses . Five minute walk to old town . Hotel was basic but quiet and clean ( we were located at the back of the building ) . Comfortable beds , all you need to rest your head . Our room didn’t have a fridge but had use of communal fridge in hallway which sufficed our needs . Cold drinking water also in hallway . Reception located just the other side of the road ( was perplexed when first arrived) but not a problem once we realised. Found reception staff more than helpful, nothing a problem and even went above and beyond while helping out with a mobility scooter before our journey home . All in all a pleasant 5 nights stay and would definitely stay there again

“Fantastic little place”

Just go back from here after a 4 night stay, having read the reviews before hand I was dreading it. Turned out to be a fantastic little place. We had a triple room with 3 single beds and a double room with a double bed. If you go away expecting to spend the whole time in your room, don't choose it… more

Just go back from here after a 4 night stay, having read the reviews before hand I was dreading it. Turned out to be a fantastic little place. We had a triple room with 3 single beds and a double room with a double bed. If you go away expecting to spend the whole time in your room, don't choose it. But if like us it was a base to sleep, wash and change it's perfect. We had a fridge, kettle, enough cutlery etc for everyone on the room. They don't clean your room or change bedding and towels unless you request this. They are a green city so don't do things unnecessarily. You book in and order breakfast across the road at the redbrick. There was a choice of four breakfasts, all came with some form of bread and a fresh orange juice. Enough to get you started on your day exploring krakow. You only got a tiny bin in the room, but other rooms had but the breakfast rubbish back in the bag and out on the corridor for the cleaner so we did the same. The only downsides were the room was warm, but we had windows which let air in. We were worried to leave windows open at night as alot of reviews mention loud bells from the church next door very early, honestly never heard anything. There were no spare pillows, even asked across at redbrick but they couldn't accommodate spares. And lastly the triple room bathroom had an awful smell, which got worse as the days went on, the double room however didn't. Please don't be put off by others bad reviews, yes it's very basic but unless you plan on living in the room the entire time it's perfect.

After reading all of the dreadful reviews about these apartments I wad feeling very anxious about our stay, however the rooms were fine. Definitely a bit on the small side, but clean and suitable for a short break. The only real downside is the lack of air conditioning. On our first night when the temperature was 32 degrees it was impossible to sleep but the rest of the week was low twenties and was much more comfortable. There is a church next door that starts ringing its bells at 6am, I packed some earplugs and slept soundly.
