The location of this lovely hotel is brilliant. You are literally steps away from the awesome main square with the Cloth Hall, Wawel Castle and many other lovely buildings. On arrival, the member of staff was very helpful and offered us the choice of rooms depending if we wanted to be overlooking the street to the square or further back where it was a little quieter. The staff were also great at providing information for the trains and trams to get us around. Our room had a great shower, fridge and good floor space. The breakfast choice was great and frequently replenished. This is a fab hotel and we would have no hesitation in recommending. It has ideal access to the square, Wawel Castle, the Barbican, Planty Park, the train station and huge shopping centre.

This is a wonderful hotel located in the city centre within walking distance of everything. This is a wonderful hotel located in the city centre within walking distance of everything. Although my room was on the street side, the windows are heavy enough to prevent street sounds and I slept without any problem. The rooms are spacious, clean and include a mini-fridge. I had breakfast a few times and it was good - hot and cold foods with lots of choices of pastry, fruit and breads. The hotel staff were excellent. One person in particular (I am sorry I didn’t get his name) went above and beyond with service. I was scheduled to take a train to Prague but due to the floods, the Polish trains and buses were not travelling to the Czech Republic. He was extremely helpful in assessing my situation and finding other options for travel. In the end, he booked a private driver for myself and 2 friends and we went to Prague. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Krakow.

“Perfect location. Great hotel.”

The Hotel is well placed near the main square so easy access to all amenities. Hotel staff very helpful and friendly. Hotel clean and rooms nice. Only criticism, there was no storage for clothes i.e. a wardrobe. Air con worked well as did the shower etc. we would stay here again.

Absolutely loved this place and so happy I did my research and found it. I took my dad here with me and got the Deluxe Double room. It was very spacious and the bathroom was huge as well! The room overlooked the Main Street but I did not feel that it was loud by any means. The beds were very comfortable and the ac worked wonderfully. The staff was extremely welcoming as well. The breakfast included was fantastic. I couldn't believe how centrally located this hotel was it was amazing to walk out at any time of the day to grab food or drinks or just for a walk. When we go back to Krakow we would stay here no questions asked.
