“Old-fashioned - in a good way!”

This hotel was like something out of the history books - it was a bit old fashioned but I loved it. The room was massive, comfortable and cleaned daily. Breakfast was good too, a lot to offer. The hotel is close to everything and the staff were above and beyond. Great stay!

Great location. 5 minutes by feet from the old city and 7-9 minutes by feet from the train and bus stations!!! Lovely, cozy, clean room. A bed with a soft mattress and a huge soft pillow! Clean towels daily! 2 bottles of water (1 still and 1 sparkling) restocked daily. Friendly staff.

Europejski Hotel is strategically located for those who want to explore Krakow Old Town – it is approximately fifty metres away from the fringes of Krakow Old Town. Thus, it is within walking distance to restaurants, cafes, shops and the various important landmarks in Old Krakow town. Also, the tram line passes right in front of the hotel. What is more, GALLERIA KRAKOWOSKA is a four-minute walk from the hotel, while the Main Train Station is only a six-minute walk away. The hotel staff (receptionists, breakfast room personnel and room cleaners) were all very nice people who were at all times courteous, helpful and effective. They contributed hugely to making our stay in Krakow and at the hotel, a memorable one. A big thank you to them all! The hotel is a lovely 1886 building that has been nicely renovated. It has interesting old-style furniture which conspire to give a very friendly and romantic atmosphere. All hotel areas were very clean and there was a very nice garden at the back of the hotel. We stayed in room 226 (a triple one) at the back of the hotel, for six nights. The room was comfortable, fully equipped, with comfortable beds. All the equipment in it was in good working order. A minor niggle was the Wi-Fi (free) which did not work at all times. Breakfast was very good with a variety of stuff on offer. Everything was fresh and tasty. The only surprise was the absence of fried eggs! Overall, we had a memorable stay; Europejski Hotel shall be our choice next time we visit Krakow and we recommend it unreservedly to anyone wishing to Explore Old Krakow Town.

“Classy old hotel and great breakfast reasonably priced”

Very old but well kept hotel. My room was very small, but I asked for something very expensive. It wasn’t expensive at the time, but when I went back after that, the prices were significantly more so I stayed at Ibis Budget. Very old but well kept hotel. My room was very small, but I asked for something very expensive. It wasn’t expensive at the time, but when I went back after that, the prices were significantly more so I stayed at Ibis Budget. The Ibis is definitely budget and the Europejski is definitely CLASS. I did not find a remote for the air conditioner, but it probably was there. I stood on the chair to turn it on. Coffee and tea are in the room with a hot water kettle and that was nice. The breakfast was reasonably priced and high class with many options. I really enjoyed it.
