booked this hotel for a week rated 3 star actually very nice when i got there reception staff are very friendly and helpful hotel finished to a high standard only a 16 room hotel breakfast was optional which i never used location it a good 15 minute walk from the centre i found location ideal tbh some day i had an uber which comes in handy around krakow i would stay here again you do get a bit of road noise if you on the front like me i found it ok

Staff were very welcoming spoke excellent English and were very helpful in anything we asked room was very large shower was fantastic my only concern would be that the curtains did not close fully and always left a small gap allowing street lights to shine through bed was comfortable breakfast was very good enjoyed the pancakes and waffles and also the availability to make tea and coffee in the reception area free of charge very good location with a 25-minute walk into the market square or if not uber taxis very cheap enjoyed our stay very much will definitely be staying there again

“Charming Stay”

What a cute hotel. Being a solo traveler I found this hotel to be refreshing. The rooms were not big so I felt cozy. Reception was very helpful. Room was clean. Located near a few restaurants and grocery stores. I enjoyed my stay.

I really like this hotel and its helpful staff. They helped me out mastering public transport and gave me a local map with shops and cafes marked. I made good use of it. I really like this hotel and its helpful staff. They helped me out mastering public transport and gave me a local map with shops and cafes marked. I made good use of it. My room was large and quiet, overlooking trees at the rear. It is about 1km North of the old town and a similar walk to the station. It is on the main ring road, so close to many bus routes. I did not like my bar fridge. I said that it did not cool. They explained that: "it is not meant to cool things down". It was just storage. Also, showers had to be short as drainage was slow. I would probably stay here again.
