“Excellent”
Extremely knowledgeable, nice and helpful staff; breakfast was lovely and would cater to anyone; spacious, comfortable rooms; couples or family friendly. Very close to the national park and nature attractions on the one hand, and to the city centre on the other

“Demel”
The hotel is easy to access from Krakow airport. Good public transport nearby. Very friendly staff. The hotel itself is very old and basic, but enough for sleeping over. Big parking lot that is convenient if you drive.

“Nice week away”
Went to this hotel greeted by Anna who delt with us promptly shown us to our room to which was clean and tidy good size reception staff are very helpful booked our trips throught the hotel which was great only a 15 min brisk walk into the main market square we got a taxi only 4 pound it double af... more

“Visitng Krakow withe a open mind”
The hotel has gone from a 4star to a 3star what a pity. The location is all right, you can get a taxi from the hotel to the center of town, plenty of things to see ie churches super shops good places to eat .
