“Great location.”
We stayed as a couple during our first trip to Manila. We found the staff to be very attentive. The lobby is quite impressive and the live music every afternoon/evening was a great touch. We stayed as a couple during our first trip to Manila. We found the staff to be very attentive. The lobby is quite impressive and the live music every afternoon/evening was a great touch. The location was great, easy walking distance to other restaurants and shops. The Blackbird is a quick 2 minute walk. Escolta for buffet breakfast was satisfactory. The options were varied, however as others have said it can get very busy. If you are there on a Sunday ask for a table near the windows with street view. It’s great for people watching. I would stay here again.

This hotel is amazing. One of the best experience. Breakfast buffet is impressive and even though it was so busy when I arrived, staff could manage to show me the table and explain me a little bit about the lay out of the buffet. You don’t see that everyday. 3 hostesses at the same time by the entrance is definitely necessary and I could say that management is working work load not to be too much, lately you don’t see hotels which are not understaffed. Pool was clean and boys are very attentive there. Although sun is available just till 3 pm. Then you are under hotel shade. Room was clean and pretty. Recommend just to clean windows more often. I want to mention as well, how tidy staff’s uniform looks. Very nice job. Highly recommended. Great hospitality

“Amazing Hotel”

My first time in the Philippines and this hotel made it wonderful. The staff was always willing to help, answering all my questions. The pool and koi ponds are relaxing. The beautiful items in the stores and the little bakery downstairs. The piano player added to the charm. My room was very nice, the cold water in the mini fridge was always perfect after a day of tours. As a solo traveller I highly recommend staying here. From the amazing breakfast buffet to the lovely rooms and the amazing staff. I always felt safe and comfortable here.
