“Repeat guest”
Excellent hotel, great friendly staff. Tiptop location next to many restaurants and bars and other entertainment venues. I have stayed there 7 times in the past 2.5 years and loved staying there everytime. I will never stay at another hotel in Makati

I always choose this hotel not just for it’s great location and accessibility but above all for its quality of service, friendly staff from security to front office and dining personnel, they’re awesome! With its great location, facilities and good breakfast that’s worth more than what you pay for and the hotel rates that St Giles offers is really a great deal. They have poo and gym at the 35th floor and at night, you will have a perfect view of the Makati dazzling skyline. I highly recommend this whether traveling solo or with the family.

“Very good for the price”
It was a good 3 star hotel, great for the price. The hotel is in a good location, it’s clean and good, the room was pretty small but totally fine for us. The room had good AC and tv and free filtered water and good bathroom. There’s also a nice pool on the roof and a gym there as well.

It is what it is... nice enough for a 3* budget hotel. Room is a little small, but i didnt want a palace, big enough for what i needed. Mattress was very firm, but thats normal i find in hotels. Hotel needs a bit of modifying and touching up in certain areas, but nothing disastrous making me think OMG The staff i spoke with, from security/concierge/reception/restaurant, all very friendly and helpful.
