We recently stayed at the Makati Palace Hotel for a workshop organized by our agency, and overall, it was a pleasant and smooth experience, thanks to the exceptional service and great amenities. A big shoutout to Ms. Rosewin and Ms. Clara, who made our stay particularly memorable especially that there was a typhoon during our stay. Their attention to detail and willingness to accommodate our needs were outstanding. Every request we had, whether big or small, was handled promptly and efficiently, which made our stay incredibly comfortable. The function room was fully equipped with everything we needed for our workshop, from projector and screen to pens, papers, and markers. If you're looking for a bit of entertainment after your sessions, they can also set up a videoke system for you! It’s great to know that the facilities cater to both professional needs and casual relaxation. Although we didn’t have much time to choose our meals, the hotel’s chef did an excellent job of serving us healthy and delicious meals. Every dish was prepared with care, and the taste was absolutely delightful—"delicioso" indeed! The meals were a great blend of nutrition and flavor, which helped keep us energized throughout the day. For those driving, the hotel offers free parking. While the spaces may be a bit narrow for larger vehicles, the staff is very helpful. The security guard assisted us in finding the best parking spot, and with the added bonus of CCTV monitoring, we felt assured that our vehicles were well-secured. We stayed on the 21st floor, and I highly recommend it! The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, offering plenty of room to relax after a busy day. The beds are fluffy and comfortable, providing a good night’s rest. The quiet environment on the higher floors was a definite bonus, making it an ideal place to unwind. Our stay at Makati Palace Hotel was an affordable and pleasant experience. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, tasty meals, and good amenities made it a standout choice. Whether you're here for business or leisure, I would highly recommend this hotel for its value and the quality experience it provides.

“Perfect”

Perfect place to stay, so clean and safe and the staff so kind always ready to accommodate us and serve us at anytime during the four days we stayed here in October and also last time in August will definitely come back again next year with friends

It was a nice stay overall. The customer service was superb from inquiries, reservation up to checkin and bags assistance. They were all very attentive and helpful. It was a nice stay overall. The customer service was superb from inquiries, reservation up to checkin and bags assistance. They were all very attentive and helpful. The only setback was the elevator speed and logic, it is not optimized so it took probably an average of 3mins waiting time for the elevators. I booked for a wedding prep shoot so it had a big impact on our timelines.
