You can tell that this was once a fine hotel. The staff were very friendly. The food in the restaurant was great although breakfast was a little sparse. The beds were quite firm but comfortable. “Pretty Good in Puno”
This is an old hotel that provides the basics. Spacious room but there is only a small space heater and it is 28 degrees at night. The room is clean, the beds are pretty hard. “Nice hotel near Plaza de Armas”
Staff is nice and room was spacious, but a bit outdated. Breakfast was okay, but selection and quality could get improved. Location is great, but honestly we expected more from a 4* hotel, but still it was an enjoyable stay.
