“Lovely Location and Well Appointed”
This a great location for Puno, you can walk to the dock where tourist boats depart, but the most important is that it is located near the town center with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and bars nearby. “Great! ”
Great hotel, great location and very nice staff. Special gratitude to Fermin who was always helpful and provided us with great service. The rooms are big, with heating, hot showers and toiletries. The view from our room was incredible and we would be happy to go back.

“Overview”
welcome and friendliness com was good Dinner is also delicious and while the dinner dance show is exellent, thnks to thr dancer:) Pisco sour is tasty the bed is comfortable and the pillows are soft Heater is small so room took time to warm up..

“Decent hotel but not great for families who need three beds due to rooms being small”
Small rooms, for a family of 3 they shoved an extra bed into the room, which resulted in such a tight space we had to crawl over one bed to get to the next and had no place to open all 3 suitcases.
