“Perfect location in the main square”
Lovely hotel in the main square Clean room, comfortable bed. Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast nice. “Beautiful city, very nice hotel, well located!”
Nice stay! Very well located, and very clean/comfortable. Would recommend! Right next to the Plaza de armas so everything is close by - restaurants, etc. Mirador del Condor is a 25-minute walk (+/- 650 stairs) but worth it definitly. Very nice view from the entire city of Puno!

“Nice hotel”
Very nice hotel, super bathroom with very good shower. Very quiet at night. We were able to check in and have breakfast earlier for an extra charge as we arrived at 05h00 in the morning. Also we could have our laundry done for a fee

“A disappointing stay”
I don’t often leave reviews, let alone negative ones, but this hotel was disappointing. First, I will say it has a good location and helpful staff. However, our two rooms had NO natural light. There was a window to an air shaft that had been tinted yellow. The lighting in the room was weak as well.… more
