“Amazing customer service”
I was supposed to stay there for one night with some friends. Unfortunately, a storm made the generator inoperative so we had been rebooked to another very good hotel. “Best value for money hotel in Palau”
Renovated hotel with Greta pool and water sliddes. The free shuttle bus to downtown is great. Huge food portions kind staff. For this price I don't think you can find any better hotel. We tried 3 hotels in 3 weeks and this was by far the best price for money especially with kids.

“Just a place to stay when visiting Palau”
I stayed at Airai Water Paradise Hotel during the COVID pandemic. It is still an unforgettable experience to travel to Palau at 2021. The employee shortage resulted in the closure to most of the restaurants and shops on the island; you won't have choices of the meals even in the hotel's restaurant.… more
