“Very good for the price, with a big pool, next to romantic beach”

Much better than expected! Our room was renovated and did not have any issues with old furniture (there was a slight water leak in the bathroom though). In early November the resort was almost empty, it was very reasonably priced, and we had the (big) swimming pool as well as the beach almost to ourselves. The white-sand beach next to it is very nice and empty. At midday a caravan of camels passes by it to a nearby pond - so romantic... The people working at the resort (mostly Indians) are very nice and smiling, although some have limited knowledge of the surrounding city. The resort organises an evening beach barbecue once a week or so - it is very reasonably priced and sooo delicious! The breakfast is more than adequate too - I recommend booking a stay with breakfast, as there are no other eating options within walking distance. The a-la-carte menu could be improved though. More investment in the surroundings would help too, for example, more greenery in the pool area, replanning the footpaths, replacing broken drainage grates next to the pool, and renovating the children’s attractions area. Overall, we do recommend this resort - it is definitely worth the money!

The hotel is located a short taxi ride from central Salalah...or you can walk. The grounds of this hotel are absolutely magnificent with an amazing, HUGE pool and ocean frontage. It is on one of the best beaches I have ever seen with crystal clear, warm water and white sand as far as the eye can see. My room had a lovely little courtyard with table and chairs. The staff are absolutely impeccable and cannot do enough for you. Breakfast was lovely and more than adequate. Rooms are a little bit dated but they are very clean and contain everything you could possibly need. Shower was brilliant with excellent pressure. Room service came at a very reasonable price. This place is completely relaxing and I will definitely come back for at least a week or 10 days. I would not hesitate to recommend this property.

This property is located at the corner of the sea and has around 10 acres of developed area. It offers you rooms with a green backyard, open front space to park your car, a huge dining area with a variety of food options, a huge swimming pool with jacuzzi, beach side hut for evening hangout. It also has swings for kids. This property itself is a kind of tourist destination which has so many things to do when you are in the property.
