“Fantastic experience”
Front desk was awesome super helpful and friendly, showed great hospitality. The pool is nice , crowd is nice and food was available 24 hours, I enjoyed my stay very much, thank you I would definitely visit again, the location of the hotel is also very good

“Amazing!”
Wafa at front desk was the best, dally accommodating for our baby. Would recommend to everyone. She was very understanding and provided space for breastfeeding even before check in. We really felt she went above and beyond and would love to stay again.

The staff were friendly and the rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very good. You can also get a buffet or a la carte dinner in the evening. The staff were friendly and the rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very good. You can also get a buffet or a la carte dinner in the evening. There are also restaurants nearby which are much better value and more authentic but you have to navigate the rather busy roads. The pool is a bit too warm and quite small. There are comfortable sunbeds but it can get a bit crowded / noisy if there are lots of children. If you are a light sleeper then ask for the 4th floor or above as there is a nightclub in the hotel basement which is quite noisy, every night until 3am! I had to move rooms. The hotel is well-placed for sight seeing (the souk, mosque and opera house etc) though you need to take a taxi.

“Holiday Stay”
I would definitely recommend. Lovely, friendly, hotel, with nice pool area. As with all Muscat Hotels it is near large roads but surprisingly this is not obvious once on site even at the outside pool. Good value for money.

Its a bit dated , mattresses are firm, staff are fine. Location is next to an overpass but lots of eating options nearby that locals use. The upmarket hotels are in other areas of muscat. Its a bit dated , mattresses are firm, staff are fine. Location is next to an overpass but lots of eating options nearby that locals use. The upmarket hotels are in other areas of muscat. Road crossing is ok as locals do drive with care and will slow down for you. (There are no traffic light stops.) The pool is warm 30C+ and is well used with lots of children. I wouldnt put my head under the water here,some were very young. The internet speed is low, just 8mbps but enough to send a simple e mail. There is a modest evening buffet at 10R pp ( £20 a head ) Personally i wouldnt stop here again but it does tick the boxes and if that is your budget well ok. It does provide you with a clean room and en suite so no complaints, just be realistic in your expectations.
