On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“Need renovation”
The hotel is in a great location by the sea in a beautiful area of Muscat. Another advantage is the bar with alcoholic drinks. However, the hotel needs a facelift. The hotel is in a great location by the sea in a beautiful area of Muscat. Another advantage is the bar with alcoholic drinks. However, the hotel needs a facelift. There is a lack of cleanliness both in the rooms and around the hotel, the windows are dirty, there is dust in the rooms. The selection of breakfast food is not large, but sufficient. Surprisingly, payment is only possible in cash.

“Good place”
Beach bay hotel is a very good place to stay with the beach view.the bar is quite noisy. A good place for friends and couples. family people can avoid this place due to the sound of the pub.services can be better.

Outside of building needs a wash. Windows were very dirty. Selection of buffet breakfast very limited and we had to prompt the waiter for more coffee.
