“Best Western..”
… and a more or less loyal member for more than 20 years globally. Guests in general are the most important thing receptions have to prioritise. This poor attention I have not experienced. “Great location but mediocre hotel”
Location is the biggest plus for this hotel. However, the hotel needs more staff. One person managing the whole breakfast, front desk etc at the same time leads to a low quality service and is also tough on the staff
