“Absolutely perfect”

We were made to feel welcome the moment we stepped through the door. Very central and can walk to all attractions in the city including the train station easily. Breakfast was delicious and staff very friendly. Would absolutely stay here again. Bed was soft and comfortable.

The hotel was well located in close proximity to the main train station. The staff were very helpful, answering all questions with useful information throughout my stay. The breakfasts were outstanding every morning. The room, with the sitting/working area, met my needs for both business and pleasure. It was quiet during those evenings and nights when I required it. The hotel provided excellent value for money. I highly recommend the hotel to anyone on travel in Oslo.

This hotel had an excellent location quite close to the main train station, several bus & tram lines, and was also within walking distance to the center of town and many attractions. The breakfast was superb. The rooms were modern and well equipped: hot pot, fridge, safe, hair blower, large television with about 12 channels & Chromecast, blackout curtains, several accessible electric outlets (but not USB charging ports.) The room size was adequate, but not overly generous. Coffee, tea & often, rolls, in the lobby. Online check-in/out through their app. Become a member (free) for rate discounts.

“OK but house keeping lets it down”

Hotel was OK. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was ok . One night loud music started around 8.30 pm and carried onto about 5.30 am with a deep base and at some points your could hear it word for word. One night loud music started around 8.30 pm and carried onto about 5.30 am with a deep base and at some points your could hear it word for word. Happened the next night while we had some one from the front desk in our room who were sorting something else out. When I said about the noise she said there is a club around the corner and things get noisy at the week ends and she could get me some ear plugs which was kind and said if we had asked earlier we could have moved rooms. I said it sounded like it was in the hotel and was assured it was not but 10 - 15 minutes after she left the music stopped never to be heard again. No aircon in our room. As others have said we found the area to be a bit edgy, there were a couple of people ( the same ones) hanging about either drunk or high on the corner of the street pestering people. I know you get this the world over but I try to avoid this on holidays. Very handy for the station. lots of places of interest within 30 minute walk. Shopping Mall opposite. Plenty of places to eat nearby +'s Checking in was easy Staff on front desk excellent as they were all through our stay Breakfast was very very good. -'s House keeping was bad. Floor was never vacuumed in the 4 nights we were there. Base of kettle was missing and the kettle itself was broken. On arrival safe would not open and had to be reset. Room was very hot as radiator had been set to full One day no toilet rolls or tissues left and no tea or coffee Another day we returned late afternoon to find the bed was not made up, but towels had been changed which we found very odd. Went to the front desk to complain and was told the cleaners who are an outside contractor go at about 3.30 pm so nothing could be done. I know, it's easy to make your bed but not what you expect . In the foyer one of there selling points is coffee / tea which is free 24/7. On day 2 milks for the tea and the coffee ran out and when questioned it we were told they were waiting for some more. Never did see any turn up in the next 2 days.
