“Brilliant”
Absolutely fantastic: location, food and staff. Made my girlfriend's birthday trip really special. Staff went above and beyond. The perfect place to stay when exploring Oslo. Rooms were clean and comfortable too. View of the city centre and located right next to train station

“Excellent”
I was in Oslo between September 29th and October 4th, 2024. The location of the hotel is excellent. Everything is around you. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.

“Oslo Stay”
Scandic Byporten hotel was an excellent choice for a short stay in Oslo. The location is fantastic, next to the train station and in the center of town. The staff was friendly, professional and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful. We would stay here again, if we return to Oslo.

“Not bad, but expected better”
Area is a bit too busy and run-down for my liking. Rooms smaller than expected. Breakfast area is inconvenient if you are having it after check-out.. you will have to lift your suitcases up a staircase. Good coffee machine isn't made available, only prepared black coffee - felt like a cost cutting … more
